ABOUT THE CLIENT

Assured Technologies is a rapidly growing technology company, operating as an independent entity within the Assured Europe group. It specializes in modern systems supporting vehicle logistics, fleet operations, and processes related to airport traffic management. The company focuses on tools that ensure operational predictability, reduce manual labor, and streamline vehicle flow in highly volatile environments.
Its portfolio includes solutions such as GO-Move, GO-Trak, GO-Plan, and GO-Scan, which address the key needs of the car rental industry and airports. These systems support vehicle rotation and monitoring, coordinate parking processes, and leverage artificial intelligence for automatic damage detection, which enhances quality control and reduces operation times.
Key
project elements
Assured Technologies approached us with an urgent project to create a new parking operations management system for a UK airport. The existing ParkIT solution did not meet operational expectations and failed to support automation and integration with the tools used by employees.
The implementation time was minimal because the previous system’s license was expiring, and the institution could not afford service interruptions or reputational risks. In approximately two thousand hours, we completed the analysis, architecture design, and full implementation of Go Plan, which automated key processes, integrated with airport systems, and enabled modern parking management.
CONSULTING
Assured Technologies contacted us at a critical moment for a UK airport that was planning to replace its existing parking system with a modern solution.
The previous system’s license was expiring, so the institution needed a reliable alternative ready to launch in just a few weeks. The client only had an initial functional concept, which had not yet been translated into system architecture or detailed requirements, and the time pressure did not allow for lengthy preparations.
Assured Technologies was aware that creating a comprehensive tool without the support of an external team would be risky, as their internal resources were already engaged in other key deployments related to fleet operations and AI integrations.
Based on this, the client asked us to quickly step into the project and take responsibility for the analysis, architecture design, and construction of the complete Go Plan system within a very short timeframe. Although the expectations were ambitious, our previous collaboration meant the client trusted our ability to operate under high pressure and start work immediately.
ANALYSIS
We carried out the project in a highly operationally sensitive environment, as the system was to become part of a key parking management process at the airport, where every error impacts punctuality, passenger experience, and safety.
An extremely high level of availability and reliability was required, and the new tool had to operate stably from day one, with no tolerance period for faults.
An additional difficulty was the short time to prepare a complete solution intended to replace a legacy system used for years.
The existing processes were deeply embedded in the organization, while the client only had a preliminary functional vision, which required rapid analysis and refinement of details. An equally significant challenge was ensuring compatibility with multiple existing tools used at the airport, including the reservation processing infrastructure, scanning devices, and reporting systems.
Every element of the new solution had to enable seamless work for multiple operational teams.
Every day, the system handles hundreds of vehicles and hundreds of reservations, so the project required full control over technical risks and precise process design from the perspective of field users.
PROJECT GOALS
The goal of the project was to create a complete operational system for airport parking management, which would replace the existing solution without any downtime and ensure a high level of process predictability. Key assumptions included building the tool in a very short time and precisely tailoring it to the needs of the teams responsible for vehicle handling.

Solution description
We prepared a solution that reflects the full cycle of airport parking operations and enables their execution in a predictable, fast, and automated manner.
PROJECT DETAILS / IMPLEMENTATION
The project was carried out at an intensive pace with parallel analysis, implementation, and integrations, which allowed us to deliver a ready system in a very short time.
The entirety forms a solution that not only replaced the previous system with no transition period but also streamlined parking operations and prepared Assured Technologies for further digitalization of airport processes.

Results and business
impact
The implementation of Go Plan allowed the airport to smoothly replace the existing system and improve key operational processes. The system has been running stably since day one, and the automation of field tasks has significantly reduced vehicle handling times.
Key outcomes:
- Business continuity without downtime
The system took over full parking management without interruptions, ensuring operational stability and protecting the airport from organizational risks. - Faster vehicle handling
The use of QR codes allowed operations to be performed without returning to a computer, noticeably reducing the handling time for each reservation.
- Better organization and predictability
A calendar linked to air traffic streamlined space planning and vehicle flow, increasing control over parking occupancy. - Higher data quality
Automatic logging of activities improved data consistency and translated into more accurate reporting in GO-Trak. - Readiness for scaling and further automation
The system was prepared for deployment at subsequent airports and expansion with self-service features and AI modules.
Go Plan brought an immediate increase in efficiency, improved operation quality, and created a solid foundation for the development of Assured Technologies’ digital infrastructure.
